జైశ్రీరామ్... రామ భక్తులకు శుభవార్త పెదపేట రామాలయం కట్టడానికి ఎటువంటి ఆటంకం లేదు. మే 3 తారీఖున ఆదివారం 7:14 నిమిషాలకు శంకుస్థాపన కార్యక్రమం యధాతధంగా జరుగుతుంది.
బుధవారం గౌరవ హైకోర్టు నందు జయంతి ఉన్నమ్మ వేసిన ప్రజావ్యాజ్య పిటిషన్ (Public Interest Litigation) ను వారి తరపున వాదించిన జడ శ్రవణ్ కుమార్ వారి వాదనలో పనిలేదని వాస్తవాలను దాచి దాఖలు చేశారని, అది తాడు గొంతానమ్మ గుడి అని, కాదు కాదు పబ్లిక్ ల్యాండ్ అని, ప్రభుత్వ భూమని, 4 సెంట్లు కాదు 40 సెంట్లు అని రకరకాలుగా వాదనలు వినిపించినప్పటికీ అందులో వాస్తవాలు లేవని గ్రహించి, ఇంతకుముందు రిట్ పిటిషన్ వేశారు కాబట్టి అది ఉండగా మరొకటి ఎలా వేస్తారు అని అడగడంతో ఏమీ చెప్పలేక పోయారు. కేసును డిస్మిస్ చేస్తూ తీర్పునిచ్చింది.
ఈ కేసులో శ్రీరామాలయ అభివృద్ధి సమితి కార్యదర్శి గా తాను ఉండడం వల్ల రాష్ట్ర రెస్పాండెంట్ తరపున బలంగా వాదనలు వినిపించిన సీనియర్ న్యాయవాది వై. వి. రవి ప్రసాద్ అన్ని ఆధారాలు ఇవ్వడం జరిగిందని, వాటితో ఏకీభవించిన హైకోర్టు ప్రధాన న్యాయమూర్తి రామాలయ కమిటీకి అనుకూలంగా తీర్పునివ్వడం జరిగిందని తెలిపారు.

Jai Shri Ram... Good news for Lord Rama's devotees: there are no obstacles to the construction of the Pedapeta Rama Temple. The groundbreaking ceremony (Shankusthapana) will take place as scheduled on Sunday, May 3rd, at 7:14 AM.
On Wednesday, the Honorable High Court heard a Public Interest Litigation (PIL) filed by Jayanti Unnamma. Representing the petitioner, Jada Shravan Kumar presented various arguments, claiming facts were hidden, that the site was the "Thadu Gontanamma" temple, public land, or government land, and disputing whether it was 4 cents or 40 cents of land.
However, the Court observed that these claims lacked factual merit. Furthermore, when questioned how a new petition could be filed while a previous writ petition on the same matter was already active, the counsel could not provide a satisfactory answer. Consequently, the court dismissed the case.
Senior Advocate Y. V. Ravi Prasad, appearing on behalf of the state respondents and the Sri Rama Temple Development Committee, submitted all necessary evidence. He stated that the Chief Justice of the High Court agreed with the evidence and ruled in favor of the Temple Committee.
Prominent advocate and Secretary of the Andhra Ayodhya Sri Rama Temple Development Committee, Jaddu Durga Prasad, issued a statement confirming that the groundbreaking ceremony will proceed as planned on May 3rd. He mentioned that Undi MLA Raghu Rama Krishna Raju and the Deputy Speaker of Andhra Pradesh (who is also the Honorary President of the committee) were involved in the process. He invited all devotees to attend the ceremony and receive the blessings of Sita and Rama.
