ఆకివీడు: ఆకివీడు పెదపేట ప్రాంతంలోని రామాలయ పునర్నిర్మాణానికి అనుకూలంగా కౌన్సిలర్లు తీర్మానం చేశారు. మంగళవారం ఆకివీడు నగర పంచాయతీ కార్యాలయములోని సమావేశ మందిరంలో చైర్పర్సన్ జామి హైమావతి అధ్యక్షతన పాలకవర్గ సభ్యుల అత్యవసర సమావేశం జరిగింది. ఉపసభాపతి కనుమూరు రఘురామకృష్ణరాజు మాట్లాడుతూ.. ఆకివీడు అభివృద్ధి కోసం సమిష్టిగా కృషి చేయాలని సూచించారు.
అనంతరం అజెండాలోని 3 అంశాలను చర్చించారు. మూడో అంశంగా ఉన్న పెదపేటలో రామాలయ నిర్మాణానికి 19 మంది వైకాపా, తెదేపా, జనసేన కౌన్సిలర్లు ఆమోదం తెలిపారు. మొత్తం 21 మందికి గాను 19 మంది మద్దతు ఇవ్వగా, వైస్ చైర్పర్సన్ వంగా జ్యోత్స్నదేవి నిరాకరించారు. మతాలకు అతీతంగా రామాలయ నిర్మాణానికి ఆమోదం తెలపడం అభినందనీయమని రఘురామకృష్ణరాజు అన్నారు.

Resolution Passed for Temple Reconstruction
Akividu, NewsToday: The councillors of Akividu have passed a resolution in favor of reconstructing the Ramalayam (Rama Temple) in the Pedapeta area. An emergency meeting of the governing body was held on Tuesday at the Akividu Nagar Panchayat office, chaired by Chairperson Jami Hymavathi. Deputy Speaker Kanumuru Raghu Rama Krishna Raju addressed the gathering, suggesting a collective effort for the development of Akividu.
Following this, three items on the agenda were discussed. Regarding the third item—the construction of the temple in Pedapeta—19 councillors from YSRCP, TDP, and Janasena gave their approval. Out of the 21 members, 19 supported the move, while Vice Chairperson Vanga Jyotsna Devi rejected it. Raghu Rama Krishna Raju stated it is commendable that approval was given for the temple construction regardless of religious affiliations.
