అలంకార ప్రాయంగా శవపరీక్ష కేంద్ర భవనం
ఆకివీడు సామాజిక ఆరోగ్య కేంద్రం (సీహెచ్సీ)లో శవపరీక్ష కేంద్రం, దానికి సంబంధించి సహాయకుడి పోస్టు మంజూరై మూడేళ్లవుతోంది. నాటి నుంచి భవనం లేక సహాయకుణ్ణి ఇతర సేవలకు వినియోగిస్తున్నారు. ఉప సభాపతి రఘురామకృష్ణంరాజు సూచనల మేరకు తెదేపా సీనియర్ నాయకుడు గొట్టుముక్కల వెంకటసత్యనారాయణరాజు ఆధ్వర్యంలో ఆకివీడు వాణిజ్య మండలి సభ్యులు అందించిన రూ. 8 లక్షలతో రెండు గదులతో కూడిన భవనం, దాని ముందు సీసీ రోడ్డు నిర్మించారు. భవనాన్ని నెల రోజుల కిందట ప్రారంభించారు. అయినప్పటికీ శవ పరీక్షలు చేయడం లేదు. అన్ని సౌకర్యాలున్నాగానీ మృతదేహాలను భీమవరం ప్రభుత్వ ఆసుపత్రికి తరలించాల్సి వస్తోంది. దీంతో బాధిత కుటుంబాలకు, పోలీసులకు వ్యయప్రయాసలు తప్పడం లేదు. దీనిపై ఆసుపత్రి సూపరింటెండెంట్ విక్రమ్ దృష్టికి 'న్యూస్టుడే' తీసుకెళ్లగా త్వరలో భవనాన్ని వినియోగంలోకి తీసుకొస్తామని చెప్పారు.

The post-mortem center building remains a mere ornament It has been three years since a post-mortem center and an assistant post raised for it were sanctioned at the Akividu Community Health Center (CHC). Since then, due to the lack of a building, the assistant has been utilized for other services. Following the suggestions of Deputy Speaker Raghu Rama Krishna Raju, under the leadership of senior TDP leader Gottumukkala Venkata Satyanarayanaraju, members of the Akividu Chamber of Commerce contributed Rs. 8 lakhs to construct a two-room building and a CC road in front of it. The building was inaugurated a month ago. Despite this, post-mortem examinations are not being conducted. Even though all facilities are available, bodies have to be shifted to the Bhimavaram Government Hospital. Because of this, aggrieved families and the police face unnecessary expenses and hardships. When 'NewsToday' brought this issue to the attention of Hospital Superintendent Vikram, he stated that the building would be brought into utility soon.
